Say yes to an easy-peasy sheetpan dinner
Our Cottage Sheet-Pan Sausage & Peppers is a crowd-pleaser.
We just love the ease and versatility of this meal. And who doesn’t love Italian sausages?
Our chefs combined mild and hot sausages with sweet onions, rich garlic, bright fennel and a mix of yellow, red and orange bell peppers - even some poblano peppers.
We put everything on a sheet-pan, tossed it with salt, pepper and extra-virgin olive oil then roasted it all to perfection – the sausages juices mix in with the veggies and taste so good.
All you need to do is heat it up and decide how to savour it. It’s amazing stuffed into soft rolls or a crusty baguette, and you could even add a few fresh basil leaves on top.
However you choose to serve it, this sheet-pan meal satisfies cravings and is a perfect family-style dish. Enjoy!
