Treat yourself to our new Lobster Cobb Salad.
Our chefs have given the classic Cobb an elegant twist. They swapped out the chicken with sweet, perfectly poached lobster tails. Chopped into generous pieces, they are joined by rows of powerhouse flavours. Think peppery arugula and fresh cherry tomatoes, rich English Stilton, creamy avocados and crumbled smokey bacon – yum!
The finishing touch is our house-made vinaigrette, a snappy dressing of Dijon, extra-virgin olive oil, zingy lemon juice and sea salt and pepper.
All you have to do is toss the arugula and tomatoes in the dressing, then place all the goodies on top. It’s super easy and a nice treat for one or a no-fuss family meal. Enjoy!
