Ontario peach galette 🍑
Ontario peaches are one of the true joys of late summer.
Sweet, fragrant and wonderfully juicy, they need very little to shine. Our new Ontario Peach Galette lets them take centre stage.
We make our pastry the way it should be—all butter, rolled by hand and never rushed. It's generously filled with sliced Ontario peaches, then brushed with warm apricot glaze as it comes out of the oven, golden and bubbling. The folded edges are intentionally rustic, just as a classic French galette should be.
Before serving, scatter a few torn basil leaves over top. Their fresh, herbal aroma brings out the sweetness of the peaches in the most delicious way.
