Our new Sheet Pan Fajitas with bell peppers and onions are delicious, and created with smoked paprika & chipotle for that just-grilled flavour. A quick warm in the oven—or on the grill—right in their tin, reveals their spicy goodness. Serve on a platter with a side of tortillas, our chunky guacamole, sliced limes, and fresh cilantro…it's a spicy and aromatic platter that beckons everyone to the table.
Also on feature this week are our Quesadillas, filled with seasoned chicken or beef with refried beans and melted cheese folded into tortillas—So good! These are perfect meals to bring to the cottage this weekend, for gatherings large or small.
