Our market bakery prides itself on in-house from scratch production, including all frostings and cakes using all-natural ingredients. If we can’t make it ourselves we only source the best from suppliers whose standards match our own. We source our ingredients directly from local farmers and suppliers whenever possible. Flavourful flours, real butter in 25-kilo blocks, creams, and ripe juicy fruits, every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure the highest taste and quality.
