These authentic vegetable pakoras are served with a refreshing mint dip. The spices have been perfectly balanced in this delicious Indian inspired dish. Serves 2 to 3 as appetizer or 3 to 4 as side dish.

Ingredients: Onions, Carrots, Green pepper, Potatoes, Whole cumin seeds, Turmeric, Salt, Chickpea flour, Chili flakes, Mint, Yogurt dip (balkan yogurt [milk, cream, skim milk powder, bacterial culture], coriander, mint, garlic, lemon juice [water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil]), Salt.

May contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, mustard, sesame, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove cover. Remove sauce. Transfer to oven safe baking tray. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until product reaches internal temperature of 165°F. Do not exceed 400°F.

Once opened, consume within 2 days.
