What Can I Expect When I Receive My Order?
All food is packaged on plastic platters or in 9x13 foil containers, unless a packaging upgrade has been selected. Please see individual product pages on items for further details on how to prepare food items for serving.
How Do I Re-Heat My Items?
All reheating instructions will appear on the packaging of your catering order. Alternatively, you can find more information on our website under the "Instructions" tab for each item. We recommend hot items be reheated to an internal temperature of 165F. To ensure safe reheating we do not recommend going above 400F.
