Ginger Black Cod Dinner – MD – 475g
Ingredients: Ginger cod (black cod [fish], soy ginger marinade [white wine, soy sauce [water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate, brewing starter (aspergillus sojae)], white wine, ginger), Red potatoes (butter [milk], chives, salt, pepper [sulphites]), Bok choy.
May contain peanuts, tree nuts, mustard, sesame, eggs, crustacean shellfish.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 15-20 mins or until product reaches internal temperature of 165F. Do not exceed 400F. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam.
MICROWAVE: Pierce film. Heat for 2-3 mins. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam. Stir product. Microwave further for 1 minute.
Once opened, consume within 2 days.
