Where do you deliver?

Please see this map of our delivery boundaries. All deliveries outside of this area will be subject to additional charges.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Kindly download the above order form (a fillable PDF). Please fill out the form to the best of your ability including all personal details and product details you can. The more specific and detailed your form the faster we are able to accommodate your request. Forms can be filled out on any smart phone, tablet or computer.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE SUBMITTING MY FORM?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept images of order forms at this point in time. If you are having trouble submitting your form, please email us the items you are looking for in the body of an email following the order of the categories on our order sheet (i.e. produce first, then dairy, deli etc.)

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER DEADLINE?

We are now taking hours on a 96 hour basis. We are no longer accepting orders for next-day delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

All order deliveries are from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm per day.

When can I pickup my order?

Please note, orders will not be ready for pickup until you have been contacted by one of our shoppers. We have an allocated parking spot outside (East side of building) for order pickups. Pickups range from 11:00 am to store close (8:00 pm).

Why am I receiving calls from an “unknown” number?

Pickup calls are coming from our shoppers cell phones, so the number may appear as “unknown” when you receive it. Please make sure you answer these calls to not miss your delivery drop or pickup notification.

Why am I missing items?

All orders are shopped for during the nighttime to minimize traffic in-store durning our open hours. Our shoppers do their best to ensure orders are picked according to the items specified on your sheet, as such it is essential for you to be as specific as possible. On occasion we do run into shortages with meat, dairy and bread as a result of fluctuating supply as a result of COVID-19. If you are missing items on your order it is because we are out of stock.

Do you offer re-delivery?

If your order was missing items or mis-picked in any way, we will gladly discuss the problem items with you to see if redelivery is an option. There is a high chance you did not receive certain items in your order as a result of low or reduced inventory, if this is the case we are unable to deliver until we have stock and a sufficient amount of items to delivery to you (i.e. minimum order spend is $50).
