DO YOU DELIVER?
Unfortunately we do not offer delivery for catering orders at this time. Orders can be collected from either of our two locations at 446 Summerhill Ave. or 1054 Mt. Pleasant Rd or the Floral Boutique at 1057 Mt. Pleasant Rd. Floral and basket items can be arranged for delivery within the GTA.
WHEN MUST MY ORDER BE MADE?
Our kitchen requires at least 72 hours notice for all catering orders. Our floral department requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for gift baskets and flower arrangements.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Orders can be picked up at either the 446 Summerhill Ave or 1054 Mount Pleasant Rd. Please specify a location when placing your order. Orders can be collected at the front cash by giving the name on the order. Please take the time to review your order with a catering representative before leaving the store.
WHEN SHOULD I HEAR BACK ABOUT AN ONLINE ORDER?
Online orders will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after the order has been placed. Please check your junk or spam folders for this email. If you do not hear from us within an hour please call our catering department at 416-921-2714 x. 218.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Orders placed online will be processed in full upon confirmation of the order with our kitchen. Changes to an order after payment must be made by phone call at 416-921-2714 x. 218 within 24 hours notice.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order you may log into your account and select "Cancel My Order." All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to order pickup. Payments will not be refunded should you fail to give 24 hours notice of your order cancellation. We place a hold for the payment on your credit card until 24 hrs prior to pick up, at which time we process the full payment. To cancel an order after payment has been processed, you must call the catering office at 416-921-2714 x. 218.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC DIETS OR ALLERGIES?
Kindly note that Summerhill Market is not a nut-free kitchen. Our products may contain eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens. Please notify us in advance and we will be pleased to advise you of what menu items you are able to order friendly to your dietary needs.
