HOW DO I PICKUP FROM THE ANNEX STORE?

Why Can't I Place My Order Online?

DO YOU DELIVER?

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery for catering orders at this time. Orders can be collected from either of our three locations at 446 Summerhill Ave, 1054 Mt. Pleasant Rd or the Annex location at 1014 Bathurst St. Floral and basket items can be arranged for delivery within the GTA.

WHEN MUST MY ORDER BE PLACED?

Our kitchen requires at least 72 hours notice for all catering orders. Our floral department requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for gift baskets and flower arrangements. Holiday catering orders do have shortened times, please call us directly at 416-921-2714 x.218.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Orders can be collected at either the 446 Summerhill Ave or 1054 Mt. Pleasant Rd. or 1014 Bathurst St. Please specify a location when placing your order. Orders can be collected at the front cash by giving the name on the order. Please take the time to review your order with a catering representative before leaving the store.

WHEN SHOULD I HEAR BACK ABOUT AN ONLINE ORDER?

All online orders will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after the order has been placed. Please check your junk or spam folders for this email. Orders with a status of "On-Hold" have been received by our office, this status refers to your pre-authorized payment being confirmed.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Orders placed online will be processed in full upon confirmation of the order with our kitchen. Changes to an order after payment must be made by phone call at 416-921-2714 x. 218 within a minimum 48 hours notice. Deposits will be processed for any and all order cancellations.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order you may log into your account and select "Cancel My Order." All changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to order pickup. Payments will not be refunded should you fail to give 48 hours notice of your order cancellation. To cancel an order after payment has been processed, you must call the catering office at 416-921-2714 x. 218.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC DIETS OR ALLERGIES?

Kindly note that Summerhill Market is not a nut-free kitchen. Our products may contain eggs, milk, soy, nuts and other allergens. Please notify us in advance and we will be pleased to advise you of what menu items you are able to order friendly to your dietary needs.
