Our 15lbs-plus turkeys are all free-range and proudly raised by Bills Turkey Farm in Queensville Ontario. Looking for an organic turkey? Call us and we’ll match the right bird to your requirement. We’ll also send it home with detailed cooking instructions so it tastes as great as it looks.
You can also choose from our broad selection of naturally raised hams, including:
- Honey Glazed Ham, cooked, glazed and spiral cut for convenience
- Berkshire bone in ham Nitrate free, cooked and cured. Not sliced.
- Black Forest Ham
Cooking times are critical, as overheating your ham will dry it out. We’ll send it home pre-cooked, so all you have to do is re-heat it. For best results, let your ham sit covered at room temperature for 1- 1-½ hours and then place in the oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes to warm it up.

Here’s a simple rule of thumb for picking the perfect ham or turkey (assuming you want some leftovers!):
Holiday Ham
In-bone Ham - 2-3 servings per pound
Boneless Ham - 4-5 servings per pound
Holiday Turkey
Figure on at least 1 lb to 1 ½ lbs per person. You know your crowd!
