Our experienced butchers personally select the naturally raised and expertly aged meats we offer. Our pork, lamb and beef is then cut to perfection and ready for you to create your next mouth-watering meal.
All seafood is trimmed, de-scaled and pin-boned. If a particular fish isn't available, it's because we only stock the best of the season. Popular favourites this time of year include dry scallops and organic, farmed or wild salmon (both Atlantic and Pacific).
