Beef
We carry only AAA Canadian Beef from Ontario farmers, which is aged on
site. All primary cuts are
standard for our meat counter, but on request and with 24-48 hours
notice, we will do our best to provide anything that you require. Please
see the bottom of this page for a listing of our marinated beef products.
Chicken
Summerhill Market is proud to carry grain fed and air chilled
chicken along with the Fenwood Farms organic chicken. We ensure that
the chicken is of the highest quality and that it is fresh. If you require,
please ask our butchers to provide you with a specific cut of chicken,
cubes, strips, or even ground chicken.
Marinated Meats
We carry marinated chicken and beef products that are
very easy to cook and taste great!!! They require indirect cooking. This
means that one should light 1/2 of the BBQ and put the meat on the unlit
side, close the lid and let it cook. The indirect cooking method prevents
flare ups as the marinades are oil based.
The marinades that we carry are:

Rosemary Balsamic
BBQ
French Herbs
Teriyaki
Lemon Garlic
These marinades are found on flank steak, and our famous flat chickens. |
